We are guided by our fantastic choir leader Tilly Dawes, a professional Soprano and conductor and choir leader. We are ‘all abilities’ which means you just need to enjoy singing!
Our repertoire includes popular hits, old-time classics, songs from musicals and folk. At Christmas we love to sing carols in public for charity. We love to sing music from a diversity of cultures and traditions, come along and share yours with us!
We’ve also performed informally at the Carers Centre Summer Party, Willow Dene School and for service users at Index Day Opportunities.
Singing combines being with other carers, having a laugh, expressing yourself in a song and de-stressing. You’ll also receive valuable professional musical tuition to make the very best of your voice.
And it’s free! We are generously funded by the Royal Borough of Greenwich to make this completely free of charge for carers.
If you would like to join just come along or email us to find out more.
